I am working on switches and power regulator. So, for analysis purpose I want LT-Spice model for TS3A4751RUCR. I request you to please send me the spice model for that as early as possible.

Hi Vipul,

The models for device are on the ti.com product folder tools and software tab. If there isn't a model on that tab it is not available.

What are you trying to model with the switch? You can create a model using the datasheet parameters or we can help answer questions about the switch performance.
