TMUX1101: Pin to Pin Solution Confirmation

My customer is using NC7SZ66P5X on their server application.

May I know if TMUX1101 is the correct Pin to Pin solution to replace it?

Please help to confirm.

NC7*Z is the equivalent of the SN74LVC family; the replacement for the NC7SZ66P5X would be the SN74LVC1G66DCKR.

The TMUX1101 is also pin-to-pin compatible. It has lower on-resistance, but lower current rating and higher price.

Hi Jim,

As Clemens mentioned, the SN74LVC1G66DCKR and TMUX1101 are both p2p compatible with NC7SZ66P5X.

The TMUX1101 offers lower RON, support 1.8V compatible control inputs and has fail safe logic.
