Hi Rajat,

The model we have for SN74LVC1G3157 is an HSpice model available on the tool folder link for SN74LVC1G3157 but some files might be encrypted (link).

However, see below an approximation of the model (TINA file attached).

The datasheet graph also provides some details on the typical ron as a Function of Input Voltage (VI ) for VI = 0 to VCC

We need Pspice model to simulate our design.We are already design full circuit in LTSpice using TI parts(Pspice model). This part Pspice model not available online so,

Can you please create PSPICe Model for the same?

Hi Rajat,

The TINA file I attached is the best approximation of the SN74LVC1G3157 model.

You can also take a look at another LVC part that has Pspice model available.
