We test in our lab the TMUX1511 about his behaviour at the exits under
short circuit conditions.
the specs has as absolute Imax=25mA
but we can get about 400mA at 3v3 without any problem or temp rise and
only after ~500mA
the output voltage drops to zero, but the tmux continues to drain
current and transforming to temp,
until it burned down.
It seems that the IC cuts the output from the input and short the input
to ground .
is this correct?
