    Thank you for using E2E. SN74CB3T16211GQLR is no longer available through the TI store. 

    What is your application for which you would like to use this specific package? If you would like to continue using this device (which is capable of signal path translation and features powered-off protection), then I recommend switching to the TSSOP package, SN74CB3T16211DGGR. 

    In addition, we have several devices of the same configuration, which can be found using the parametric search. You can use this tool to compare specifications, features, and packaging information of multiple devices.

    Hi Kate,
    We are into design and manufacturing of spectrometers, we need to use the VFBGA to reduce the board size.
    kindly suggest similar switches available with TI.

    We would like to interface an SOM with our application board,it has 24 digital high speed circuitry to be switched at 3.3V logic.

    Hi Dhanakumar,

    Thank you for your interest in TI's small packages to reduce board size. I used the Find Product by Package tool to find these results for GQL package. It looks like we do not have any switches currently available in this package.

    The smallest package available for any switch with the 24 channel, 1:1 SPST configuration is TVSOP. I recommend using SN74CB3T16211DGVR (TVSOP). The package drawing can be found here.
