Would you please share the TINA spice file of SN3257-Q1 with me? 

Customer plan to use  it to check the BW.

    Thanks for your request. The IBIS model for SN3257-Q1 is available online. I do not think we have a SPICE/TINA model, but let me check with our team.     Hi Jack,

    You mentioned you would like to check the bandwidth. What are the test conditions that you are curious about the BW performance? Our team may be able to inform you of how the device will perform with these conditions.

    Hi Jack,

    Apologies for the delay. We expect to develop a SPICE model for this device soon, as it is still in product preview.

    In the meantime, you can try modeling the device with an RC network based on Ron and Con to get an estimate of BW performance in your system.
