Am Currently working on CD4052B for audio application,is this chip will work on 3.3V supply or need more supply??

This chip can work at 3.3 V, but the CD4000 series is optimized for higher voltages, so the switches have a rather high resistance that is not very flat.
Consider using a more modern device, e.g., TMUX1209. What is the range of your signal voltages?

Thanks for your question. As Clemens mentioned, 3.3V supply is within the maximum ratings of the device, but a low voltage device with the same configuration, such as TMUX1109 or TMUX1209, may be better suited for your application.
What is the voltage range of your signal?
