I have to use switch in High Temperatur such as 100~150℃.

So, I want to find a switch running in High Temperature.

(for example, SPDT)

    If you're looking for an analog switch, the best place to start is the parametric search tool, found in the Product tab of the Analog Switches & Multiplexers page on TI.com. This tool allows you to find switches that meet your desired configuration, parameters, and features.

    The maximum temperature rating of most of TI's analog switches is -40℃ to 125℃. 

    What is your end equipment and application? What supply and signal voltage range is needed? How many channels (number of switches) are needed per device? TI offers a variety of SPDT (2:1) switches, such as TMUX1247 or SN3257-Q1.
