TS3DDR3812 can support LVCMOS18 ? And also can we short two select signal in one ?

Hi Dilip,

Do you want to use the TS3DDR3812 as LVCMOS18 signal switch?

The TS3DDR3812 supports signals form 0-Vcc as stated in the recommended operating conditions in the datasheet where Vcc is from 3 to 3.6 V.

You can short the two select pins in one if you are going to use them for the function when both are at L or H.

Hi Samiah,

Yes we need to feed in LVCMOS18 signal as input to the mux/demux.

If TS3DDR3812 doesn’t support can you please suggest for alternate.

Hi Dilip,

You can see from the table above, the TS3DDR3812 can support input from 0-Vcc

Vcc can be from 3-3.6V - If your supply is under recommended operation range, you can pass 1.8V signals.
