Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1574, TINA-TI, , SN74AXC4T774
Hi,
Are there models of P/N SN74CBTLV3257 and TMUX1574 for TINA-TI simulation? I only found IBIS models for these devices.
Thank you.

Hi An Thai1,
Unfortunately we do not have TINA Models for these parts. We are currently in progress for a PSPICE model for the TMUX1574, but it is still in development.
However, I can assist you in creating a simple model that can help capture either of these parts affect on the system design. Are there any concerns with these parts that I can help answer for you?

Hi Parker,
Thank you for the quick response.
I need to check the signal integrity of a 2.5V, 30MHz JTAG clock, which goes through the SN74CBTLV3257 then a voltage translator SN74AXC4T774. I found a TINA model for the voltage translation in one of the forum threads. Can I model the switch as a 5ohm resistor and a capacitor?
Thank you.
Hi An Thai1,
Yes you should be able to model the channel of switch as a simple RC circuit. I have attached a basic circuit that you can use. For example Ron, with a VCC of 3V and input of 2.4V would produce a typical Ron of 10 Ohms, where CIO(A port) ~ 10.5pF and the CIO(B Port) ~ 5.5pF.
