Hi,
I am looking for a MUX/DEMUX that can operate at 800MHz and at 0V<Vi/o<0.7V. Can the TS3DDR3812 be used effectively in this range, or is there another option for such a low voltage swing?

Hi David,
Yes you ca use the TS3DDR3812 at this low voltage range. If you look at the recommended operating table in the datasheet, it specifies the VI/O can swing from 0V to Vcc (supply voltage) - and bandwidth support for this switch is pretty high (1.67 GHz).
