Hello,
I'm looking for help in identifying a damaged IC which is probably an Analog Switch or perhaps a set of transistors.
It is in a not so typical package. Package dimensions are 2mm x 3mm, there are 12 pins. Have a look at the pictures.

Hello Jacek,
The part you show does not seem to be a TI device. First, using the Part Marking Lookup Tool: http://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp#divline , A303 does not match any devices.
Next, this is a QFN package, using the Find TI Packages Tool: http://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/searchtipackages.tsp?packageName=QFN , there are not any 2mmx3mm packages. The closest would be the RUE package: http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpqf214b/mpqf214b.pdf , but the package dimensions are different.
And the only part using that package is an LED Driver:
Suggest you contact BOSCH and ask for a schematic. Good luck in your search.
