SN74CBTLV3125: SN74CBTLV3125RGYR QFN package IBIS model

Dear Sir/Madam,

I cannot find the IBIS model for SN74CBTLV3125RGYR (QFN) package, can you share to me? 

The IBIS model for SN74CBTLV3125 which is available in TI Website and which you have shared is having models for following Packages:

The one which we are using in our design is QFN-RGY package. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any QFN  component in the model(sn74cbtlv3125.ibs).

 As per my understanding the performance will vary based on the device package and it would be good to consider exact package model for simulation. Could you please provide the IBIS model which has a characteristic for QFN-RGY package.

    Hi KPK,

    So the IBIS model that you see online is the only one we have for this part unfortunately.

    What specifications are you trying to simulate? While there will be slight differences based on package types, but not all spec's are affected by this, and I would be happy to help you any way I can to try to understand what the differences are going to be between the package types.
