I’m looking for the analog switch in below requirements.

- SPDT or SPST

- VCC = 5V

- ESD >=4kV

Do you have device which support ESD >=4kV?

Hey Saminah,

We don't have any devices that support ESD >= 4kV. ESD ratings of devices can be found in the datasheet within the 'Specifications' section. Below is an example of the TMUX1308's EDS ratings.
