My customer wants to know the HBM ESD value of CD74HC4067M96. I cannot find it in our datasheet. Please help provide it to them. Thanks.

Looks like this has been covered in a previous post

Unfortunately since this is an older part we don't have the esd data on it. There are other parts in the same configuration such as the MUX506 that have a similar configuration.
