Hello Team,
For our EMS (and us) it is not 100% clear how the packeage is marked for Pin 1.
In datasheet is only a hint if pin 1 in TAPE AND REEL INFORMATION on site 25. No description of marking.
On real part there is a line at one side of the IC and a point at one edge.
On picture you ca see it. It is the smaller IC at the right side.
What is the Pin 1?
