i am performing SI simulation for the SPI interface and the SN74LVC1G3157-Q1 is part of the SPI MISO signal lines and therefore require a model (IBIS/S-parameter) of the SPDT device to perform the simulation in Hyperlynx

Hi Amarnath,

Unfortunately we do not have an IBIS/S-Parameters Model for the SN74LVC1G3157-Q1. Because this is an older part, we do not currently have plans to develop an IBIS Model for this part.

However, we may have IBIS models for a similar part. What are your system specifications, and do you require the automotive qualification (-Q1) on the mux?

Yes we require the automotive qualification (-Q1) for the SPDT device.

We are using the SPDT device for switching between MISO signals running at a frequency of 24MHz and controlled by the SPI CS signals.
