Hi,
are there information how the (great at 25°) CSOFF capacitance changes over temperature?
Thanks!

Hi Alen,
We do not have capacitance over temperature data.
However, the parasitic capacitances of the device is not greatly linked to temperature. The capacitance swing is going to depend on input voltage, where capacitance usually decreases a bit with input voltage. However the reason we don't have a max spec'd for this datasheet is because to the Mux the Source/Drain and On Capacitance (typical Values) are what you expect from the IC itself, adding load capacitances from capacitors or even the layout the MUX might "see" its on-capacitance to be larger than spec'd. The temperature variation is typically insignificant to the capacitance of the device, but it does have a direct impact on On resistance of the switch.
