TS3L301: pULL UP REQUIRED FOR SELECT LINE

The input leakage current is at most 1 µA, so to keep the voltage drop from that current below 0.5 V, the resistor must be smaller than 500 kΩ.

The TS3L301 itself has no other requirements. You can choose the value while balancing power usage and noise sensitivity, or just use 10 kΩ.

As Clemens said, there isn't an exact value that you need but rather a range. The aim is to mitigate the current while also keeping the voltage drop minimal.
