Couldn't find anything on my end.
I've sent a thermal request for the package and will update you when i hear back the results.
I believe they say to allow for up to 2 weeks typically so hopefully early next week I can get this information to you. I'll update you as soon as I get word.

In case this helps, here's a couple references from similar device and packages (8 pin VSSOP/DCU package) that can help give you a ballpark estimate of what we can expect to find from the thermal request.
