    Hey Daniel,

    When you say "1 of them emerge short problem" are you meaning that it's the only one that shows the resistance across GND to A0? Or is occurring across all inputs?

    Hi Rami

    I mean one of my purchase order.

    I've ordered TS3DDR4000ZBAR*78pcs.

    And 1 pc of them shows this problem.

    Only GND to A0 occur this problem.

    Please help resolve.

    Daniel,

    Okay I see. Have you ran previous tests on the shorted device?  As in was it previously soldered or was this probed initially out of packaging? 
    If so what are the operating conditions? Could you probe the traces to see if there are any connectivity issues here?

    Additionally, how is the handling of the device being managed? Is any extra ESD protection such as a wrist strap being used? While this device is ESD protected it's never recommended to handle this device without protection. 

    I'm just wanted to run through all the possible reasons this could have occurred.
