Hi team,
My customer is looking for MUX solution for SGMII interface, the datarate is1G, 4pin TX(P/N),RX(P/N). Do we have some suggestions here? How about the TMUX1574? Thanks.

Hi Frank,
I think the TMUX1574 is the best available part for this application. It can handle the data-rate as presented in your application. It has a flexible power rail configuration, down to 1.5V and up to 5.5V.
The datasheet includes an eye pattern at 2.4 Gbps at a Bias Voltage of 1.5V:
With this in mind, I believe the TMUX1574 will work well in this application at 1 Gbps

HI Parker,
Do we have some successful stories about customer use TMUX1574 in SGMII application? Thanks.
Hi Frank,
We don't specifically have any success stories with this part, it is a slightly newer part. But based on the system specifications that you have, it is the best suited part for your application, that we have in our portfolio. Our most similar parts would be our ethernet switches, but they don't support the bandwidths you are searching for, while the TMUX1574 does meet the requirements to pass the correct signal.
Best,
Parker Dodson
