The search function allows you to search for two-channel SPDT switches. Choose any that supports the desired voltage.
Karthik,
As Clemens mentions, you can find these switches through the TI.com search tool and filtering out for 2 channel, 2:1 SPDT switches. But to find the switches that are compatible with I2C it may be beneficial to add the C-on to the filtered search.
This will show the on-capacitance of the switch on the far right side of the spec columns:
The max bus capacitance that is recommended for I2C is 400pF so you'll ideally want to find something with a lower On-capacitance, that can support the voltage you're working with, and the BW requirements. I2C is typically run at 3.3V or 5V and the BW requirements depend on what your application is but typically I2C doesn't exceed a few MHz. The fastest clock frequency i've seen mentioned is 5Mhz and we typically recommend going 3 times this for reliability assurance. So anything with above 15MHz should be able to support most any I2C communication, given that the other requirements are met.
I noticed the SN74LVC1G3157 has a temp range of -40 to 125C. Is this a requirement as well? If so, the TMUX1136 looks a good bet!
Hope this helps,
Rami
