TS3DDR3812: appearance abnormal

Hello,

Ours customer bought TS3DDR3812RUAR from TI estore, and found that the appearance is abnormal, the die attach is not flat, please refer to the below picture: the arrow of the red mark is abnormal. The order number is T00953032. Please help to confirm.

Have you tested the suspect device's functionality? How many devices in your order have this appearance?

Hi Kate,

Unable to test, the customer's product price is very high,there are doubts that materials and parts can not be tested on the board, for fear of reliability and life in use.

The Die bonding is not flat, will there be problems with the reliability and life of the use?

For the order of 1000pcs, there are 11pcs with this problem.

Yeah,but return is not a good way.

This is the material and parts that customers often use,and the follow-up will continue to buy,

If there's the same problem, it'll be very troublesome,

So I want to know if the image looks abnormally fit, will it affect the life of use?

Or can you help me to transfer the questions to the appropriate forum?
