The datasheet says that pin 5 is "not internally connected". So connecting it to V_CC would be OK.

Hi Kengo,

It is general practice to leave the NC pin floating there is no external connection required for this device. We do not recommend attaching a signal/Voltage to this pin. For more information please see our TI Precision Lab Video about How to connect different Mux Pins.
