We don't have any parts that have the negative signaling capability that also have an enable pin to turn off the device and with a integrated shunt for the pop/click reduction. 

What features besides being able to disable the IC, are you looking for in the IC? What voltage supply are you planning on using ?

Thanks a lot. Customer is finding a MUX device with Hi-Z in shutdown for All-in-One PC with the block diagram below.
Power supply can be either 3.3V or 5.0V.

Do the boxes labeled "Codec" and "Scalar" actually generate negative output signals?

Since the Codec/Scalar is outputting negative voltages w.r.t. ground and you are using a single sided supply we don't have any options that will fit your application. 

Is there any way for us to use a bi-polar supply in this use case?  I feel this may be the only way to get the Hi-Z action that you require is to switch to different parts but you will lose the ability to pass negative signals with a single sided supply.

Hi Wayne,

Unfortunately the only single sided audio solutions that can pass a negative signals are the TS5A22364,TS5A22362 and TS5A22364-Q1. These all can pass {VCC - 5.5V , VCC}, but they don't have a disable feature on them.

The other issues that we are facing is that we could see issues from is if we use the aforementioned audio parts and then try to have  a disable switch on the other side we would either need a dual supply for the second chip or replace the audio chip with a part that has dual supplies and use that to pass the audio band. The pop-click noise reduction seen from the audio switches is achieved through a shunt which can be added externally to help. But unfortunately we don't have a good single sided solution that meets your needs. 

If the audio signal can have a DC level added in to keep everything positive we may have more solutions from a single sided perspective. 

Are you using a negative supply rail for the Codec/Scaler or are they single sided as well?
