Hi team,

It is known that our device TS3A5223 and TS3A27518 are in chrome book reference design, could you please help to check the functions of these two devices in the reference design?

    Thanks for posting, welcome to E2E!

    Is this the reference design you are wondering about? These devices are simply suggestions and can be used as a starting point for your design. You will need to make sure that any switch/multiplexer you choose is compatible with your system. For this reference design, it looks like there are a few opportunities for muxes. This is dependent on what blocks you will actually implement, but commonly muxes are used to switch or control sensors, and used in communication lines and interfaces such as USB, SPI, I2C, etc. 

    If you have any specific system requirements, I am happy to help you select a switch or multiplexer for your system. You can start with the devices listed in the reference design, or search for your own using the product selection tool. Let me know if this helps!
