Is there any SPST switch recommendation? The switching rate is required to be controlled at the ns level, and the maximum input common mode voltage will reach 1.3V.

The fastest low-voltage logic family is AUC. The SN74AUC1G66 has a worst-case t_dis of 2.9 ns at V_CC = 1.8 V.
