I would like to obtain an S-parameter model for this part number for internal simulations, if it is available. In lieu of that, a simple lumped RLC model would also work.

We do not have a S-Parameter Model of this part.
We do have the series switch modeled in the IBIS file located on the product page for this part.

The Parameters for R_ON , C_OFF, and C_FT can be found using the data sheet. Please see below.
Ron and possible variations in Ron are noted in the first 3 highlighted spec.
C_OFF is on all ports - this is a capacitor to ground. This is found directly in the datasheet highlighted as COFF.
C_FT can be found using the following equation C_ON = 2 * C_OFF + C_FT -> C_FT = C_ON - 2 * C_OFF. So for this device 1.6pF.
For the PKG/PIN parameters please use the ibis file data - you can use the generic values for the package below; or you can use exact pin values, which are also included in the IBIS file.
