1. Case Temp

2. Junction Temp

TI will not send Tj or Tc directly. Pls check thermal metric in datasheet and document SPRA953

The required information is not available in datasheet and reference document name shared.

it should be SPRA953C, you can calculate Tj with equitation 8 and 9 based on thermal metric
