My customer would like design ADG5404FBRUZ.pdf.

Would you please provide recommendation for this replacement?

    Hi SHH,

    Thank you for reaching out. TI does not currently have a mid-voltage mux in this configuration. At this time, I can make a few suggestions:

    • The new TMUX7208 (mid-voltage 8:1 mux with latch-up immunity) is now available and supports 4.5 V to 44 V single supply or ±4.5 V to ±22 V dual supply in a 16-pin TSSOP package.
    • TMUX6104 is currently available and has the same configuration and pinout as ADG5404. TMUX6104 supports 10 V to 16.5 V Single Supply or ±5 V to ±16.5 V Dual Supplies but does not have latch-up immunity.

    I will reach out by email to understand more about this customer opportunity and provide more information on TI's upcoming mid-voltage portfolio.
