Hi,

What is the recommended connectivity for the EPAD of the VQFN version of this part? GND, VCC, or left floating?

I couldn't find an answer to this in the datasheet...

    Hi Rafi,

    You can leave the thermal pad electrically floating or connect it to a ground pour. The pad isn't electrically connected but should be soldered down to the PCB so that heat can be dissipated efficiently.
