Hi All,

 

Could you please help to explain the difference of Lead Finish NIPDAU, SN, NIPDAU/SN for CD4053 ?

    Hi Sameer,

    The lead finishes are mainly showing the different elements/alloys combination used for plating the leadframe.

    NiPdAu (Nickel/Palladium/Gold) vs SN (Tin) vs NiPdAu/Sn (both inner vs outer plating).

    All available options are RoHS and REACH complaint.

    We do not expect any performance difference between the different leadframe finishes and you have option to choose in case any special assembly requirements.

    Also, we do provide additional details on material content on ti.com for each orderable devices.
