Hi there,

I am interested to find out if the component can be used in Class 2 medical devices.

Also if it is possible, the operating relative humidity (RH) and operating pressure.

    Hi Michelle,

    The device is available in catalog/automotive/Enhanced product category but has not gone through any special certification process.

    We do not specify the operating RH for devices but we do provide the qualification information and conditions used - HAST (highly accelerated stress test) in this case. During these tests the product is subjected to stringent Humidity/Pressure/Temperature per JEDEC specification and AEC-Q100 specification for automotive qualified devices. The stress conditions are listed in the qualification summary.

    We have a automotive qualified device - TS5A3159-Q1 and Enhanced product TS5A3159-EP that go through controlled Fab and Assembly process.
