    Hi Ashok,

    We do not have an IBIS model for the TS3L501E -> but we do have IBIS models on two similar parts with very close On Resistance - which is the main parameter we capture when making our series switch models.

    The TS3L301 or the TS3L4892 have similar channel specifications and shapes of their On Resistance Curves vs. input voltage. While it won't be exactly the TS3L501E the channel performance specs that we model in our IBIS models would be very close to one another and a gives a decent ball-park of what to expect in the system.
