TS3DDR4000-EVM: PERIMETER & MOUNTING DIMENSIONS

Hi Bryan,

The EVM comes with a device soldered on it. Are you trying to replace the already soldered device?

The footprint for the device is same as the one shown in the datasheet mechanical drawings page. The CAD drawings can be downloaded from ti.com location below.

if the question is regarding stand-off mounting, there is no through whole on the EVM. We have used bumpons.
