Do you have 3.3-V, "2:1", 2-channel analog multiplexer which supports Ioff function? Thanks.

Hi Bryan,
Thank you for the prompt reply.
Sorry, this is my first time to use multiplexers with Ioff function, I'm not quite familiar with it.
The Ioff function is the same as the Low-Leakage-Current protection, am I right? could you explain it?
We have two system board, when one SB is powered-on, critical signal may be pulled down on current circuit during inserting or pull other SB, so I need improve this problem.
Thanks.
Hi Duke,
The IOFF parameter specifies how much current will leak through the switch to the output when the switch is in the Hi-Z/OFF state. So even if you do not have that specific channel selected on the switch, you will still see some leakage through the switch, but it is bounded by this IOFF parameter.
Do you have a partial schematic you could share? The TMUX1136 has extremely low IOFF leakage in the single digit pA range at room temperature so that device might best fit your application if you are concerned about any excess leakage affecting your downstream circuity.
Thanks!
Bryan
Hi Duke,
the TMUX1119 is perfectly acceptable to use for a 2:1 mux application and has great IOFF performance. This should work fine!
Thanks!
Bryan
