I use CCS 10.3.1 and find that if I switch my workspace_v10 to C:\ti and not using default C:\Users\xxxx\workspace_v10, Resource explorer in CCS shows nothing. How can I fix this issue if I want to put my workspace_v10 under C:\ti folder?

Did you create a new workspace located in C:\ti\workspace_v10? That should not be an issue. Please see the below link for more suggestions regarding Resource Explorer connectivity issues:
