Hi !

Customer want to install CCS in his company network. He was asked, if CCS need web sockets ?

Pls give some insight, that helps IT to understand our requirements.

Hello,

Yes, there are several components that use web sockets. The TI cloud agent, which is also used in CCS, relies on it. So does some of the other views in CCS.

What specific information is the customer looking for?
