I have downloaded and loaded tirtos_tivac_setupwin32_2_16_00_08. I have created a project for the spma080 zip file. however, the project can't find "Product com.ti.rtsc.TIRTOStivac v2.16.0.08 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version." Was that the right download, if not can I please get a link for the right download?

Using ccs 10.3.1.
