Register struct in Registers-Tab empty

I have not seen that issue and I am not able to reproduce it.

I would suggest some of the below:

-Try steps 9.7.3, 9.7.4, and 9.7.5 under: https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_troubleshooting.html#debug
