How does CCS load a new program to a MCU that is locked by DCSM.

Part Number: CCSTUDIO-C2000

Hi Experts,

I found a really good post "CCS/TMS320F28388D: How does CCS unlock a MCU that is locked by DCSM?"
https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000-microcontrollers-group/c2000/f/c2000-microcontrollers-forum/944501/ccs-tms320f28388d-how-does-ccs-unlock-a-mcu-that-is-locked-by-dcsm

I understood how to unlock a MCU in the debug mode.
Let me clarify it is workable if the erasing and flashing a new program by pressing 'debug' button again after 'terminate" the debug mode.

Thank you for your check.
Best regards,
Hitoshi

It may not work in that case because if you have device programmed with security password and application running from secure memory then CCS connection will not be allowed. You need to use the wait boot mode setting and then only it'll work.
