code composer studio V4 vs V3.3 for OMAP3503

Dear,

In the datasheet of CCSTUDIO V3.3 I found that this version support OMAP3503 (ARM-A8 based) am I right?

My application is based on OMAP3505, could you tell me which version of CCS is suitely compatible or eventually other existing tool?

    Both versions support OMAP35xx but I strongly recommend you use v4. V3.3 is being deprecated in support.

    Our company has had nothing but frustration and failure using v4 with the Piccalo and f2808 usb system.   We have gone back to v3.

    I converted my project from 3 to 4 and now I am having trouble emulating.  I am using a spectrum digitial xds510 usb with a  f2806 which is similiar to the f2808.  When emulating, the program running doesnt appear to be running through all the code.  Sometimes I have to manual walk through the code using step into and step over to get through the code.  It also appears as if it doesn't recongnize my breakpoints.  What would you suggest?  Does v4 have trouble when running on a f2806?
