Unable to Access CCS App Center Server

I have installed CCS Version: 10.4.0.00006 on Windows 10. CCS is unable to access the App Center Server. I tried reinstalling CCS. I also tried changing the browser from internal to external and back. Nothing seems to work.

Can someone please tell me how to access the App Center Server?

Can you provide the exact error message you see in the App Center view?

Do other views that access the internet (like Resource Explorer or the Eclipse Marketplace) work?

It seems to work now. I'm guessing there was a problem on the server side. I must have tried connecting a dozen times yesterday. Today I fired it up and it connected right away.
