Code Composer: No connection from CCS to the Internet

Hi everyone,

I can't acces the CCS App Center and can't install any code gereration tools.I followed those steps: http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_troubleshooting.html#updates-fail-with-no-repository-found-or-connection-reset-or-artifact-for-binary-not-available-errors and also changed my proxy settings . I also added CCS in my firewall exceptions.
