Hello fellows, I use MAC OX operative system with catalina and My CCS actualized and after that, the SimpleLink MSP432P4 SDK disappear, I try install it by downloading from web site but nothing happen. The program is installed in the defaut folder, but after this nothing is detectable, i can work with driverlib , because is not detected
Can someone help me please.

Sorry but I dont understand this answer.

My Launch pad MSP432P401R was buyed in the TI web site , or in this website in the microcontroler sales part. If it has any other place to "reach out", show me. When exist a difficulty to solve a problem normaly the people occur to the mark forum.

Hi Jace,

did/does TI abandon the MSP432Pxxx MCU's? We heavely depend on the msp432p4011 and want to bring a three year development product to market now!

Hello,

There are currently no plans to EOL MSP432P devices. MSP432P devices have limited support available, only for existing designs. We recommend other MCUs in a similar class of products in TI’s Embedded portfolio, such as the MSP430FR5994, MSP432E, TM4C123, AM243x, or other MCUs for new designs.

Hi Jace,

thanks for your reply. In time we could consider a redesign but not in this stage! Our current, and probably final hurd is the BSL. Here a picture from part of the TLV showing the BSL version:

The documentation we have refers to version 44, while the TLV shows 45! We already found that the operation of v45 is different but we lack details since we don't have the correct documentation. Coold you help us getting the documentation of this versio 45? We connect to it through another 4011 via uart and are able to connect to the BSL! But reprogramming still fails! Baudrate 57600, even parity,..

Hi Jace,

I already downloaded that long time ago! But thanks anyway because this triggered me to look at the code again! It turns out I made a beginners error! If the code runs through a segment, programming with blocks of, let say, 256 bytes, you need a line were you increase the address for the next block! It wasn't there. I added it and al works fine now!
