TI-CGT: v20.2.5.LTS translation limits

Hello,

The translation limits as per ISO/IEC 9899:2011 5.2.4.1 are somewhat restrictive, we would like to understand the actual limits as per the TI Arm® C/C++ Compiler v20.2.5.LTS version, https://www.ti.com/tool/ARM-CGT to better understand how to handle MISRA requirements towards these limits.

The number of significant initial characters in an identifier is unlimited.
