Crashreportjob error since installing CCS v9.3

I have seen that error happen when some of the Microsoft Visual C libraries are missing.  However the CCSv9.3 installation should have installed those.  Maybe the 9.3 installation removed/corrupted one of those and that is causing the error to now show up in all versions.  I will discuss with the team to see if we can get you up and running.

I think the best place to start would be to try installing the Microsoft visual C libraries to see if that is the problem.  It would certainly explain why all versions started having the issue.

Had CCSv7 and v8 been used recently on the computer?  The reason for asking is that behind the crashreportjob error there is also an error coming from the Welcome page that is indicating that something is blocking it from accessing the internet.  Just wondering if there was an IT policy change between the last time that CCSv7/8 were used and installing v9.
