Tested on both macOS and Windows 10 in parallels. When I go to View -> Resource Explorer is see "default page by haproxy"
When running CCS v10 on Windows 10 in parallels TI Resource explorer works as intended.
Thank you for your help.
We are working with IT on the issue. I don't have an ETA but it is actively being looked at right now.

John
The haproxy issue should be addressed but there is still a problem with downloading packages. If you already have a package downloaded then you should be ok to browse through the package and import examples. Similarly viewing content like an Academy should be fine.
The team thinks they can get the download issue working tonight but it might take until morning.

John
Hi John, Thank you for the quick response and update!! I was just drafting a reply about the downloading package issue and then saw your update. Also, importing the project from a previous download worked for me.
Thank you,
Randy
The downloading issue should be resolved now. I just tried it out on a couple of machines. I did have to restart CCS for it to work.
