CCSv5 5.1 M3 - breakpoints not showing properly

Hello,

I'm using CCS v 5.1 M3 and I'm experiencing issues with breakpoints on my project.

When I set breakpoints on source files that are placed in a linked folder into the project (by double clicking on the area to the left of the source code), the breakpoints are not shown on the source code. Also, if I try to double click again to remove the breakpoint, instead of removing a new brekpoint is set, so I have multiple breakpoints on the same line.

Apparently this is an issue with source files that were linked into a project.

Is there a solution for this? Does anybody know of this problem?
